Please include the following in your email:


  • Customer's email address used to register their Viome account
     
  • Customer's full name
     
  • Customer's shipping address (if known)
     
  • Confirmation that they forgot to use your Vanity URL.


        Note: Please be sure to remind your clients and customers to use your Vanity URL in the future.
